Insurance
I am in network with the following providers:
- United Healthcare
- Care Oregon
- Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
- PacificSource
- Pacific Source Community Solutions
- Cigna
If your insurance isn’t listed here, you may still be able to get reimbursed for nutrition sessions – often 70-80%. I will help this process along by providing you with a superbill once your visit is paid for. You would have to pay the full out of pocket fee upfront and be reimbursed by your insurance company.
In addition, Oregon has a whole host of amazing eating disorder providers. You can find most of them in the provider directory at credn.org, and can search by insurance to see who’s in network.

Needing Insurance Help?
Project Heal is a great resource for navigating health insurance for eating disorder treatment. If your insurance doesn’t cover eating disorder treatment, they can help you get access to care. I also offer some sliding scale slots in my practice for those needing a reduced rate. Access to care is really important to me. If you have any questions about insurance or paying for visits, don’t hesitate to reach out!
